Crianza: A fresh, structured, and pleasant wine, perfect for enjoying with tapas or accompanying a good meal. It boasts an intense cherry red color of medium depth, clean and bright, with aromas of red fruits such as raspberry and cherry, along with subtle hints of licorice.
Reserva: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by 3 months of rest in French Allier oak vats with a capacity of 22 H. It exhibits a garnet color with a slightly orange rim, combining red fruits, raspberry, and cherry with notes of pepper and subtle balsamic undertones.
Gran Reserva: Aged for 24 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by 3 months of rest in French oak vats. It showcases a garnet-red hue with tinges of brick-red. The aroma profile features candied fruits and primary spices (toasted, vanilla), which gradually give way to deeper notes that unfold gradually.
